CLIC - an overview
CLIC offers a broad range of logistics hubs (flexible in size, height, and layout), modular commercial space together with offices, modern office buildings with flexible internal designs, and extended-stay facilities with dining, conferencing, and accommodation options. There are solutions available for practically everyone, and they can always be customised to your specific needs and wishes.
Logistics hubs
The logistics hubs are located on the interior of the grounds and are always easily accessible via the access roads. The design includes representative offices on both ends alongside a green border. Additional office space is also available in the hubs themselves. The hubs have a modular design consisting of a variety of units. As the units themselves can be combined in different ways, a very wide range of needs can be satisfied.

Office space
The office blocks are situated in the heart of the campus in a green setting, with parking spaces nearby and all facilities within walking distance. All office units have modern designs with special attention being paid to the well-being and comfort of the user. They are adjacent to the centrally located courtyard that serves as a meeting place for everyone and are surrounded by various facilities where people also bump into each other. In short, the design makes it easy for everyone at CLIC to connect with each other.
Commercial units
The commercial units, with their own adjacent office spaces, are located at the edge of the campus. The office spaces look out over the green areas of the campus and have a representative and welcoming entrance lobby for visitors and employees. The commercial units themselves are located directly in front of the transport loading area. These buildings are meant to accommodate companies that process logistics flows and need flexible space to meet their specific needs. The buildings have a modular design and flexible layouts, so that they can accommodate a wide range of activities including kitchens, laboratories, workplaces, and production/manufacturing companies.
Mobility hubs
CLIC offers state-of-the-art loading and parking facilities at a number of secure and easily accessed areas on the campus. These mobility hubs are set back unobtrusively inside the green areas dotting the campus, but are also optimally equipped to deal with the electrical loading processes and parking of various (articulated) vehicles. The hubs are accessible and available 24/7. Loading your parked vehicles at night is therefore an option. It goes without saying that all loading areas are secured. CLIC is shared, smart and flexible, allowing you to work more sustainably, efficiently, and cost effectively.
Spaces to work and meet each other
The campus functions as an ecosystem of its own where you can easily meet others over drinks, a snack or a meal, or in one of the (flexible) workspaces. You can join a friend or associate to attend a seminar in one of the large meeting halls or simply take a break in the attractively designed courtyard that functions as a meeting place for everyone. There are lots of green spaces and various walking paths. The open, transparent nature of the overall design attracts people and encourages them to take breaks now and then to join others for a brief outdoor walk or brainstorming session. The courtyard, the shared business premises, and the restaurants offer employees, visitors, and nearby residents excellent opportunities to meet and mingle with each other.
Eat, drink and relax
In between working, the members of the CLIC community and their guests can benefit from catering facilities at any time of day. Food and drink is available at CLIC in order to ensure that everyone also enjoys their working hours and to make the creative juices flow more readily. Canteens and restaurants, for example, offer high-quality food at any moment of the day. In addition, coffee facilities, flexible workspaces, a fitness area and related facilities are available. As a member of the CLIC community, you are invited to provide feedback about which facilities you would most prefer to have available at your future work location.
Extended stay
In between working, the members of the CLIC community and their guests can benefit from catering facilities at any time of day.
